The apartment is suitable for 5 persons and consists of 4 rooms on two floors (110 sqm).
On the ground floor there is the entrance, the dining room and the kitchen corner, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, a living room with Sat TV, a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.
The upper floor features a large bedroom, a small loft with a single bed and a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.
The floor of the whole apartment has beautiful glazed terracotta tiles and the ceiling has the typical wooden beams and bricks of the old Tuscan farmhouses.
The apartment has a private garden. Our guests can have an outdoor meal in the fully furnished terrace in front of the house from the available barbecue facilities, while fully enjoying the wonderful view over the countryside, the valley and the vineyards.
A shared pool (10x5 m) is situated at about 30 meters from the apartment and it is open from June to September.
