5 stair steps lead from the private garden to the apartment. The entrance is into a wide lounge/dining room with a fireplace in a corner, Sat TV; the kitchen is fully fitted with oven, dishwasher, gas hobs and fridge with freezer compartment.
Floors are in glazed terracotta tiles and the wooden beams and bricks of the ceiling have been renovated keeping the typical rural style of Tuscan farmhouses.
The kitchen area is marked by a remarkable arch in terracotta bricks. The lounge with an elegant cast iron sofa has a nice fireplace with a side bench. From here you have access to a second terrace behind the house, a peaceful and shattered courtyard .
To the right, the single bedroom is a cozy, tiny room with colored furniture and wonderful view of the countryside.
A corridor to the left of the dining room leads to the wide double bedroom, enjoying a wonderful view over the countryside and the enchanting smells of roses, lavender and rosemary bushes from the garden.
